Attack Basics

Attacking for the purpose of killing opponent’s troops should be given more planning and thought versus raiding a known empty enemy base. Consider the following before attacking: 1.) do you have any tools to help increase your march speed? 2.)do you have any items your commander could use to reduce enemy health or improve your attack strength? 3.)is your stamina at a reasonable level? 4.)do you have at least 1 Random Teleport to make a quick escape when the attack is over and your troops have returned to your base as well as at least 1 Advanced Teleport to take you to your target? 5.)do you have the gold available to shield your base again after the attack frenzy is over? 6.)have you spied the area in map view to gage the activity level; is it reasonably safe to move and make your attack? If you’ve given thought to these things and prepared any tools you want to use, and are satisfied, then it’s time to begin.

Teleport to your target positioning your base as close as possible. Tap the target base and choose Scout to receive a report on troop level, OR choose Attack. Keep in mind, scouting first can help assess your troop needs, but takes extra time and alerts your target to the pending attack. Do Not send a scout or troops running across the map from a distance, this creates a red line easy for anyone to follow and could cost you your troops and resources if your base is attacked by an enemy while you’re marching back and forth! Hit ONE time and as soon as your troops return to your base, select the Random Teleport to make your escape. After landing away from the attack scene, as you wait for the attack frenzy timer to reach zero, view your attack report, assess damages/losses and re-shield as soon as possible. You may need to heal injured troops in your hospital and/or liberate troops from your prison.
